Q: Isn't it risky to give you all of my precious photos & keepsakes?

A: Yes, it is. That is why we prefer that you provide copies of digital photos, keepsakes and videos. We take every precaution to ensure that your belongings do not get lost or damaged. However, we cannot be held responsible if something does happen to them while in our care.

Q: Will I have an opportunity to make any changes?

A: Our mandate is to try and get it right the first time and we have processes set up to try to ensure this. However, you will have an opportunity to make changes if they are necessary for you to be satisfied with your video.

Q: Can I choose the song for the video?

A: Absolutely, we can edit your video to any song you like. For copyright issues, you must provide us with the song in it's original CD case. However, if you can't decide, we can suggest one for you.

Q: How long does it take to complete?

A: Most projects require approx. 2-3 weeks to complete. However, during certain times of the year we may be booked well in advance of holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's/Father's Day. If you want your video for one of these occasions or around the same time of year, we strongly suggest booking at least 2 months in advance.

Q: Do you have a money back guarantee?

A: We actually have a 'If You Don't Cry You Get Your Money Back' guarantee! Just kidding.....but we don't ask for payment up front. You only pay when you are satisfied (we hope thrilled) with your video! Hopefully we will not get taken advantage of from this policy.

Q: What will my final video include?

A: We custom design your video creatively from start to finish. Your DVD will be packaged in a professional case (just like movies you would buy) with a custom cover including pictures and titles. The actual disk will also have a custom label with a picture and title of your movie. When you play your DVD, you will be greeted by a custom menu with chapters of your movie for you to select just like a movie you would rent or buy.
