Damage Liability

Although we make every effort to prevent loss or damage to your belongings, Sugar Sugar cannot be held responsible for any damage to your materials or lost/stolen goods. If you are at all concerned, we would be happy to share the steps that we take to ensure that your belongings are returned to you in the same condition. However, we always recommend that you make copies of your materials.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with copyright law. By hiring Sugar Sugar, you are confirming to us that you are authorized to use all photographs and videos to be used in the creation of your DVD. Sugar Sugar is not responsible for verifying this information and is hereby released of the liability. We reserve the right to refuse orders, at our discretion, that include questionable content.

Music Policy - Sugar Sugar will use music that you currently own in it's original CD jewel case.

Reproduction of any Sugar Sugar Creative Video for personal use, or the purpose of sale, profit or distribution to others is strictly prohibited without express permission from Sugar Sugar. Permission should be requested in writing by notifying Sugar Sugar at info@sugarsugarvideos.com.

Sugar Sugar promises that we will never sell, rent, lease or otherwise disclose your contact information to any third party organization or individual. Your contact information will only be used by Sugar Sugar for marketing and communications. You may request to opt-out at any time by contacting us.

DVD Compatibility

Sugar Sugar uses the common DVD-R & DVD+R format which is compatible with approximately 95+% of all existing DVD players, but not all. If your DVD player is older than 5 years, please let us know.

Sugar Sugar reserves the right to use all or any portion of your video for promotional purposes.
